The Winds has several options for meeting venues right on the property. Whether on a sun deck surrounded by or lush sub-tropical gardens, in our 1,800 sq. ft. tent or in one of our three function rooms we’ve got you covered.
Our wedding department can assist with everything from refreshments to meals, local caterers and accommodations for on-site oceanfront lodging before and after the event.

Meeting & Event Venues
The Winds has four, tastefully decorated and well-appointed function spaces, ideal for meeting and events.
Our 1,800 sq. ft. event tent accommodates receptions of up to 125 people comfortably with room for tables, chairs, and space for presentations.
Two of our event spaces are located side by side, the Oleander, and the Palmetto Rooms, with wide double doors opening out into a hallway between them. This arrangement is perfect for a large gathering using both rooms, or for a small gathering in one room.
Our Garden Room is well suited for a small meal or events, typically 30 people or less. This beautiful room opens onto a deck surrounded by a lush subtropical garden.
Our largest outdoor event venue is located underneath our Carolina Breeze building. This venue can accommodate up to 150 people and provides ample room for live entertainment, a DJ, dancing, buffet tables, and a bar. This venue is made up by combining two smaller event tents onto the end of a patio.
